Imagine..

Imagine yourself after you pass away.
Imagine your grave through night and through dayWishing that you did not do as they sayWishing that you had got up and had prayed.
Imagine, my friends, the day that you diedImagine all of the tears that they criedRemember how it felt when your body was tiedRemember how it felt in the grave which you lied.
Imagine the day you'll be called to accountImagine the sum to which your life will ammountThink for a moment of the deeds which you mountThink for a moment how much they will count.
What will they say of you when you are dead? What will they say, what will be said? Will they speak of all the poor who you fed? Will they remember all the Qur`an that you read?Think not of them, but of Allah, Lord of mankind and jinnThink of Allah when tempted to sinThink of the paradise which you will dwell inDon't wait till later to think what might have been.

HOW TO BE HEALTHY

Above all, don't smoke. Cigarette smoke is a toxic cocktail of around 70 cancer-causing chemicals and hundreds of other poisons. Smoking is the single biggest cause of cancer in the world. In the UK, smoking accounts for one in four cancer deaths and kills five times more people than road accidents, overdoses, murder, suicide and HIV all put together.

Eat foods with reduced fat. Choose reduced fat versions of foods such as dairy products, spreads and salad dressings. Cut fat off meat.
Think about how you eat. Eat your meals at the table and it will help you focus on the amount of food you eat. Eat slowly because it takes time for your body to register how much food you've eaten and how full you are. Don’t eat while walking, but wait until you get there and take time to concentrate on what you are eating.

Be happy. Happiness helps healthiness, especially mental health.

A FRIEND FROM ABOVE

I prayed for you before we met,Not knowing who you'd be.

I asked the Lord to send a friend. One chosen just for me.

I asked that they'd be Godly, With wisdom of His ways.

A friend to help and guide me I the troubles of these days.So often in life, we need someone To listen while we talk.

Someone who will not condemn or judge, But encourage us as we walk.

The narrow road we choose to follow May sometimes make us stumble.

But to have a friend to catch our fall, Teaches us to be humble.

When I asked the Lord to send a friend, Though many came and went.

He gave much more than I ever asked,For you are the friend He sent.

The beauty that flowers gives us..

Flowers are given to everybody, it does not matter whether you are rich or poor, and you feel the wondrous nature of the world, which makes you happy. People always try to decorate with these surprising gifts, not only on celebratory and gala days, but also everyday life. It helps people to feel the pleasures of our short time on Earth.
It seems that mother-nature has presented us with these wonderful creations, which over millennia have brought us beauty, pleasure, and put us in good moods and promoted emotional health, any time of year.
In the opinion of scientists there are more than 270,000 colors. Each flower, in its own way, is beautiful and unusual and bears in itself a part of pleasure, to make our life happier.

Putting Trust in Allah

There are people who have developed a wrong opinion of Allah, especially after the events in Afghanistan and Iraq. They have said to themselves: where is the victory of Allah to the Muslims, and how could He give victory to the unjust transgressing American and British disbelievers?
So in the name of Allah I say:
Having good opinion of Allah is from the essentials of Tawheed (Monotheism), which many people have become heedless of. It is from the attributes of a Believer, in fact it is from the obligations of Tawheed. Having good opinion of Allah Most High is built upon your knowledge of His Mercy, His Pride, His Goodness, His Power, His Knowledge, His superiority of selection as well as your complete reliance upon Him. So if all of these conditions are fulfilled, good opinion of Allah will come to fruition in the heart.
For in the Qudsi Hadith, which was narrated by Abu Hurairah, Allah Most High says:
“I am as my slave thinks of me and I am with him whenever he remembers me.” (Agreed Upon).
In another hadith recorded by Muslim, Jaabir narrates that he heard the Prophet (saws) three days before his death as saying:
“Let none of you die without having a good opinion of Allah High and Mighty.”
There is no doubt that having good opinion of Allah is coupled with good actions. Just as having good opinion of Allah is one of the characteristics of a believer, the ill-opinion of Allah and the opinion that does not befit his Majesty is from the characteristics of hypocrites and polytheists who look at Allah with a view of Jaahilyyah (ignorance) and falsehood.

Hadith.

The messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) said:-
('' A group of people , whose hearts will be like the hearts of birds, will enter Paradise'').
